Terms of Service

Thank you for booking with Wikid Films/ Boxedin/ Live Box/ At This Point. We appreciate your business! PLEASE READ the following to Prepare for your Booking:

1. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS OR SERVICE FEES. You may reschedule or receive a credit toward another service for future use. You must rebook your service or use the funds toward another service within 90 days. Please see reschedule & cancellaTon policy below.

2. Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy-

Please be on Time or let us now if you’re running behind. We run on a tight schedule and we want to be considerate of our team and every client’s Time who has booked a session after you. If you are running more than 35 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of $50, and depending on our schedule for the day, you may have to reschedule.

If something comes up and you need to reschedule your booking, PLEASE CALL US 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE! Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee of $200 for full music videos, $100 for live performances/ Freestyles/ interviews. You will need to pay the rescheduling fee upfront at the Time of re-booking. Rescheduled Services Must be Re-Booked to a date WITHIN 60 days.

- A Rescheduling fee will be applied if your appointment is rescheduled MORE THAN 2 TIMES, even if we are notified before the 3 day window.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE BOOKING, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. THE REMAINING FUNDS FROM YOUR DEPOSIT, LESS THE CANCELLATION FEE, CAN BE USED TOWARD ANOTHER SERVICE. YOU MUST USE YOUR REMAINING FUNDS TOWARD ANOTHER SERVICE WITHIN 90 DAYS. AFTER 90 DAYS, YOU WILL NEED TO REBOOK AND PAY THE FULL AMOUNT.

- Music Video Cancellation Fee is $350

- BoxedIn/ LIVEBOX/INTERVIEW Cancellation Fee is $250

3. When Sending Audio/ visual files:

-If we are uploading your video to YouTube, please send the video via WeTransfer or Google drive to wikidfilms@gmail.com for the video to still have its quality. If you choose not to do so, and you give us the greenlight to upload a lower quality video, you will need to pay again if you choose to have it re- uploaded correctly.

-If we are uploading an audio-only file to YouTube, please make sure that the cover photo is already attached. If our team must do the editing to each the cover art, a $100 surcharge will be applied.

4.Turnaround Time:

We work hard to ensure we produce the highest quality of work, and we pride ourselves on having a decent turnaround time. With that being said, sometimes we get extremely busy and cannot always have the video back to you as fast as we would like.

-Please allow a week for video/audio uploads unless specified otherwise.

-Please allow 2 weeks for BoxedIn Live Performances/ Interviews/ Freestyles etc. unless specified otherwise.

-Please allow 3 weeks for Music Videos and custom videography services unless specified otherwise. ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES ;

1.All of our Film Services Include a complimentary Upload to Youtube & Social Media Post of the service you booked. If you ask us to take down your video on Youtube/ Social Media for any reason, you may be asked pay a reupload Fee for YouTube/ Social Media. This is because it takes time to pull down content, search for your content again, re-download, re- upload, and re-post. Youtube Uploads and Social Media Promos through our platform is a paid service that we offer separately, so if we have to do addiTonal work aXer you’ve already been serviced, you may be asked to pay the additional fees associated with Upload/ Promo services.

2.If you do not follow weapon, drug, nudity guidelines, or any other restrictions that are in place, we reserve the right to refuse services, and/ or the right to opt out of posting/ uploading your content to our platforms. This is to protect the good standing of our Youtube Channel and Social Media Platforms.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to stay compliant with copyright laws, you MUST have sufficient ownership/ rights/ or permissions to use any and ALL videos, Audio content, Lyrics/ Production and Music used in any content you are directing us to use for your film services, YouTube Uploads, and/ or Social Media Promos. Any violation could result in legal action from the original content owner, and you will be subject to removal of the content without refund, and/ or termination of services without refund. Copyright Infringement penalties are out of our hands and beyond our control. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party without explanation.
